Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment and order confirmation. During busy periods, holidays, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation where possible.

7. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to show the funds on your statement.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We’ll review it and offer a suitable solution in line with UK consumer protection law.

This covers faults present at the time of delivery, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
