Refund policy
At Oak and Ivy Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence. Our fashion products are carefully selected to add style, comfort, and personality to your wardrobe and everyday outfits. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not fully meet your expectations.
That is why we offer a 30-day return period. After receiving and approving your return, we will process your refund within 10 days via the original payment method.

Because our products are fashion items, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the item before wearing or using it.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or visibly used may not be accepted for return.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed correctly.

- Not washed or altered
- Complete with all parts and accessories
- If reasonably possible, in its original packaging
- Registered within 30 days of receipt
- Not modified or repaired by the customer
For fashion items, it is important that products have not been worn outside before returning them. Once an item has been worn or used, it may no longer be eligible for return unless it is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend checking your order carefully as soon as you receive it. Please verify that the correct item has been delivered and that it is in good condition.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After review, we may offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation. This may include a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund.
We kindly ask you not to wear or use the item once you discover a defect or issue, as this helps us assess the situation correctly.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items that are incomplete or missing parts
- Items altered or modified at the customer’s request
- Items not registered within the 30-day return period
- Items not returned according to our return instructions
This does not affect your statutory rights if you have received a defective or incorrect item.
7. Return Costs
Unless otherwise stated or in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Oak and Ivy Fashion is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without valid proof of shipment.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged, especially as fashion products may include delicate materials or components.
8. Inspection of Returns
Once we receive your return, we carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed via the original payment method.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss possible next steps.
9. Refund Within 10 Days
After receiving and approving your return, we will process your refund within 10 days.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment providers may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but do not see it in your account, please first check your bank statement or payment overview again.
Then contact your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

11. Exchanges
At this time, we may not always be able to offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

We kindly ask you to handle items carefully while they are in your possession. Inspect fashion items indoors and avoid wearing, washing, or using them if you are considering returning them.
Please keep all packaging, accessories, and labels until you are sure you want to keep the item.
